At first, I would receive rated this laptop 5 star. Led fine, easily upgradable, sleek, etc. After a few months of using, L755-S5350 I got getting lockups. Now they are daily. No, it’s not a virus. I sought contacting technical endure – less intelligence there than a cable society tech stand line. In fact, the appendage is “send us the laptop and we will ship you a repaired laptop”. Last time I did that (a different electronics device) I had back a device that was understandably used, abused, and in worse condition. My next buy will be a Dell.
